Harrilynn is responsible for building human capacity at Pūlama Lānaʻi. She serves as champion of Pūlama Lāna‘i’s culture, ensuring opportunities for inspiration, integration and improvement, and fostering a workplace environment consistent with our mission, vision and values. She also directs the efforts of Safety & Security and Information Technology.
Previously, Harrilynn was the Associate General Counsel with Pūlama Lāna‘i, and prior to joining Pūlama Lānaʻi, Harrilynn served at Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc. as the Regulatory Rate Case Manager and the Director of Compliance. She was also the Vice President at Title Guaranty of Hawaiʻi, Inc.
Harrilynn has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington and received her J.D. from the University of Hawaiʻi, William S. Richardson School of Law. She currently serves as a board member on The Disciplinary Board of the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court and the American Red Cross – Hawaiʻi State Chapter Board. Harrilynn is a member of the Hawaiʻi State Bar Association and continues to keep her law license active.
