Mike Donoho

Sr. VP of Natural Resources

Mike administers the Department of Natural Resources, which encompasses all of the ecological zones represented on Lanai, from mauka (uplands) to makai (shoreline). This includes native ecosystem protection and enhancement, invasive species prevention and control, and game management.

His professional experience spans both the public and private sectors, and includes work with the National Park Service, the Hawaii Division of Forestry and Wildlife, and most recently as an independent planning consultant for a range of private and non-profit clientele with missions involving environmental and cultural stewardship.

Mike has a B.A. in Anthropology and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning, both from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
